For the past two months, I’ve been working on one of the most challenging projects I’ve had the privilege to create—a large-scale mural in downtown Paragould honoring the life and legacy of Steve Adams. Commissioned by the Adams Family, this mural is now complete and stands as a permanent fixture in the city’s landscape.
The mural’s ribbon cutting was held June 14th. It was moving to see so many people gather in support—not just of the art, but of the man it commemorates. Steve Adams was deeply tied to this community, and the family’s decision to invest in public art as a tribute speaks volumes about their vision and generosity.

Painting this wall was physical, focused work—weeks spent painting, battling the elements, and refining details. I’m proud of this mural. It lives in the heart of downtown Paragould, not just as decoration, but as a statement—about memory, connection, and belonging. I hope it serves as a point of reflection for anyone who passes by.
Thank you to the Adams Family for trusting me with this vision, and to the community for embracing it.
